If you are looking at having something quick service, all the food courts serve breakfast. Not just any breakfast, but good breakfast. It's a frugal way to fill that belly before heading out to the parks. They have all the normal breakfast fare too. Eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, muffins, bagels, biscuits and gravy, and those ever wonderful Mickey waffles. If you haven't had a Mickey waffle, they are certainly worth getting!! YUM
He loves Handy Manny!
If you are wanting to do a character meal but don't want to break the budget, breakfast buffets are the way to go. They are much cheaper than a dinner character meal and have all the normal breakfast foods--plus more! You get a lot of great time with the characters, are entertained to start your day, and get rid of the rumbly in your tummy! One great option is Cape May Cafe where they even have a yogurt bar. If you are heading to a breakfast character meal in one of the parks, such as Crystal Palace with Pooh and friends, or Hollywood and Vine with Handy Manny and Special Agent Oso, try to make your reservation before the park opens. It's some extra special time to walk through the parks without it being crowded. You can't wander around and have to go straight to the restaurant, but you do have time to take a few pictures before you go to eat. That's a bonus to me!
We were all alone!!
Now that I've totally made myself hungry, I think I'll stop now so I can go dream of those Mickey waffles....
