CVS: My clean teeth, hair, and clean clothes trip- 4/4

It seems that my latest CVS trip was all about being clean and my coworkers will probably thank me for that.  Everything I bought was to get something clean!  My out of pocket was a little high, but considering I had no ECBs to roll, I don't think I did too bad.

What I bought:
4 Herbal Essence shampoos    $2.75 each
4 Herbal Essence style products  $2.75 each
2 Oral B Advantage toothbrushes  $2.99 each
1 Crest mouth rinse $3.49
1 Tide 100 oz  $10.99

Coupons I used:
4  B1 HE shampoo or conditioner G1 styler free   $2.75 each
2  $1 HE products
1  B1G1F Oral B toothbrushes
1  $1 Crest mouth rinse
1  .35 Tide  (How small does that look against the others!)
1  $2 Oral B toothbrush
1 $5 off of $40 purchase from CVS Facebook
1 .50 ECB (supposedly 1st qtr?)

Total before coupons $42.46
Total after coupons    $20.18 (includes tax of 2.58)

ECBs received:
$10 P & G from $30 purchase
$2.50 Crest Pro Health mouth rinse
$1.98 Oral B toothbrushes

While it may not have been my best trip ever, I got some great stuff and some even greater ECBs to roll later!  Happy shopping!!

  1. Never have enough good Tide coupons! I view the 10 dollar ECBs as the coupon in this case. Isn't it great to pay 50 percent less on brands you know you really love? This is inspiring, I did a similar shop this week. I just need to go back and pick up all the mouth care items. Thanks for the ideas!

  2. I think you did great, especially with the ECB's to use on your next trip! I still haven't ventured into CVS/Walgreens much, and know that it's the next stop on my learning phase!
